  • Nutrition compliance tracking (aligned with clinical guidance)

  • This establishes your Prime Capacity Index™ score.

3. Structured Group Training (3-4x Per Week)

  • 60-minute sessions

  • Micro-cohorts of 4–6

  • Periodized 16-week programming
